Your appointment begins with a warm drink and a relaxed conversation. After that, you will be invited to lie on a quilted treatment bed to experience your restorative treatment.

This deeply restorative lower-body treatment is designed to address your unique emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. You will experience the therapeutic benefits of touch through a specially adapted lower body holistic massage that focuses on the three foundational chakras: the Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus, before experiencing 30 minutes of upper body Reiki that focuses on the remaining four major chakras: the Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown.

Whether you are navigating the pressures of modern life, seeking reconnection with yourself, or simply in need of deep rest, this treatment will help you feel grounded, balanced, and emotionally clear. You'll leave with a renewed sense of calm that lasts long after the session ends.

Your initial appointment may last up to 90 minutes. All future appointments will last 60 minutes.

I am a qualified and insured Holistic Reiki and Massage Practitioner, registered with The Reiki Association and The Guild of Holistic Therapists.

My practice is located at The Practice Rooms in Sheffield, where you will find a supportive and holistic environment that promotes men's wellbeing, self-discovery, and personal growth.

When you arrive for your appointment, you are welcome to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, herbal tea, or water. We also provide free secure Wi-Fi and off-street parking.
