Each treatment is calm and intentionally unhurried. Together, we begin with simple, guided mindfulness practices to help you arrive fully into the space. Through gentle breathwork, you’ll be supported in releasing tension and settling your nervous system, followed by a soothing body scan to bring awareness, grounding, and ease back into the body.

At the heart of each experience is a 60-minute Reiki Energy Healing treatment. This deeply restorative practice works subtly yet powerfully to rebalance your energy, encouraging relaxation, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of inner harmony.

Each session is thoughtfully created, allowing you to feel safe, supported, and fully at ease, where you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are.

At the heart of this experience is a Reiki-infused lower-body massage, designed to gently release tension, improve energy flow, and restore a sense of grounded balance. The lower body often holds the weight of our daily lives—physically and emotionally—and this work honours that, offering deep, respectful care to areas that are so often overlooked.

Each treatment evolves intuitively, guided by your needs in the moment. We begin with gentle mindfulness practices to help you arrive fully in your body, followed by soft breathwork to calm the nervous system and create space within. A guided body scan allows you to tune into subtle sensations, fostering awareness and connection.

From this grounded place, you will receive a 30-minute Reiki Energy Healing treatment, intuitively woven to complete your Reiki Energy massage experience.
